More Details on Our Top Picks
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar stands out for offering a delightful daily surprise with 24 tiny, collectible Micromallows featuring festive characters like Santa and Snowman. Compared to the larger plush options, this set is uniquely suited for holiday countdowns and seasonal decorating. Its small size makes it ideal for display or gifting, but it limits appeal for children under 3 and may seem less substantial than plushies like the 10-inch Ignacio Snowman. The official Squishmallows branding ensures authenticity, and the variety of characters makes it a versatile holiday addition. However, the limited character theme and seasonal focus mean it might not be a year-round favorite.
Pros:- Includes 24 collectible tiny plush Micromallows for daily surprises
- Features popular holiday characters like Santa and Snowman
- Compact 2.5-inch size ideal for display and gifting
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic seal
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, reducing year-round appeal
- Small size may pose a choking hazard for children under 3
Best for: Collectible and holiday decor fans who want a festive countdown experience.
Not ideal for: Parents seeking larger, more cuddly plush toys for young children or year-round use.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Micromallows (e.g., Nick Santa Claus, Manny Snowman)
- Model Name:Style 1
- Model Number:SQMM0056
- UPC:191726762997
- Age Range:Kid
- Included Components:Original Squishmallows 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar
- Item Type:Plush
Our verdict“This calendar is perfect for collectors and families seeking a fun holiday countdown, but less suited for those wanting larger plush toys or year-round decor.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Ignacio Snowman Holiday Plush
This 10-inch Ignacio Snowman Squishmallow offers a cuddly, holiday-themed plush that appeals to both children and collectors. Its soft, plush exterior makes it perfect for hugging, and its festive design adds a cheerful touch to holiday decor. Unlike the smaller Micromallows, this plush provides a more substantial, huggable size that suits play and display. However, compared to the Fleur Yule Log, it may lack the unique seasonal detail, and its size might be too small for those wanting larger plush companions. Its holiday motif makes it a seasonal favorite, but it’s less versatile for year-round use.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly material for comfort
- Adorable holiday snowman design
- Ideal size for hugging and display
- Great gift for holidays or seasonal collections
Cons:- Limited to holiday themes, reducing utility outside the season
- Size may be small for some preferences compared to larger plush options
Best for: Parents and collectors wanting a soft, festive plush for holiday snuggling or display.
Not ideal for: Those looking for larger plush toys or plushes suitable for very young children under 3.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Model Name:SQXM01071
- Model Number:SQXM01071
- Item Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Snowman
- Size:10 inches
- UPC:191726808763
- Age Range:3 years and up
Our verdict“This plush makes a cozy holiday gift or decoration for those who prefer a manageable, festive size over larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows 8in Fleur the Yule Log with Holly – Holiday Plush
Fleur the Yule Log offers a charming, high-quality plush that’s ideal for holiday decorations and cuddling alike. Its 8-inch size strikes a balance between portability and presence, making it perfect for holiday displays or small hands to hold. Compared to the Ignacio Snowman, Fleur’s distinctive Yule Log theme and detailed design give it a more unique seasonal flair. However, its limited size and single design option may frustrate those seeking larger plush or more variety. This plush is excellent for adding character to holiday setups but less practical as an everyday cuddly companion.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft material with high-quality construction
- Unique Yule Log design with festive Holly accents
- Compact size suitable for decor or small hands
- Official Squishmallows product with detailed bio
Cons:- Limited to holiday theme, not suitable year-round
- Only available in one size (8 inches)
Best for: Collectors and decorators looking for a distinctive, high-quality holiday plush.
Not ideal for: Anyone wanting larger plush toys for everyday cuddling or children under 3 due to size and design complexity.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Fleur the Yule Log with Holly
- Model Name:Style 1
- Model Number:SQXM01216
- UPC:191726929956
- Age Range:Kid
- Rank in Toys & Games:#21,416
- Rank in Stuffed Animals & Teddy Bears:#1,434
Our verdict“This plush is perfect for holiday decorating or collectors desiring a distinctive seasonal piece, but less suited for those needing larger or versatile plush toys.”
Squishmallows Micromallows 24-Day Holiday Advent Calendar
This advent calendar features 24 tiny, collectible Micromallows, including popular characters like Benny the Bigfoot and Cam the Cat, making it ideal for festive countdowns. Its small 2.5-inch size offers a delightful surprise each day, especially appealing to dedicated fans and collectors. Compared with the larger 10-inch Ignacio Snowman, this set emphasizes variety and daily excitement over size. The limited size restricts use as a cuddly toy and may be less appealing to children preferring bigger plush, but it excels as a seasonal collectible. Its focus on holiday characters makes it less versatile outside the season.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed Micromallows characters
- Perfect for Christmas countdowns and gifting
- Compact size makes display easy
- Official Squishmallows product
Cons:- Limited appeal to non-collectors or plush lovers seeking size
- Small size may be a drawback for those who prefer larger plush toys
Best for: Collectible enthusiasts and families who enjoy a daily festive surprise during the holidays.
Not ideal for: Parents seeking larger, more huggable plush toys or children under 3 who might choke on small figures.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Sub Brand:Micromallows
- Model Name:24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
- Model Number:SQMM0304
- UPC:191726073451
- Recommended Age:3 years and up
Our verdict“This advent calendar is a charming choice for collectors and holiday countdown fans, but less suitable for young children or those seeking larger plush toys.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) – Amazon Exclusive
This 4-pack combines a variety of festive characters, including Ingred the Purple Cow and Luna the Penguin, each with a soft, plush exterior perfect for cuddling. Its exclusive Amazon release makes it a tempting choice for holiday gift-givers looking for a ready-made set of plush companions. Compared to the single-character Fleur Yule Log, this set offers diversity and a broader appeal, especially for kids who enjoy multiple characters. On the downside, the size details are limited, and it might be too small for those preferring larger plush toys or more substantial gifts. The collection adds personality to holiday gifting but limits options for display or long-term collection if size is a concern.
Pros:- Soft, ultrasoft material for cuddling
- Includes four festive characters with unique names and bios
- Exclusive to Amazon, adding collectibility
- Variety of characters suitable for different preferences
Cons:- Limited to holiday-themed characters, reducing versatility
- Size information is not specified, which could be a concern for some buyers
Best for: Holiday gift buyers and families wanting a variety of plush characters in a convenient set.
Not ideal for: Those who prefer larger plush toys or want a single, more substantial holiday plush as a main gift.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Plush
- Quantity:4-pack
Our verdict“This set is ideal for gift givers seeking a festive variety pack, but less suitable for those wanting larger or more durable plush toys.”
Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Plush Advent Calendar
This advent calendar stands out for its festive appeal, offering 24 tiny, collectible 2.5-inch Squishmallows that embody holiday themes like Polar Bears and Snowmen. Compared to the larger plush options, this set emphasizes collection and display, making it ideal for fans who enjoy countdown traditions. Nonetheless, its official licensing and holiday-specific characters give it a strong appeal for seasonal decoration and gifting.
Pros:- Includes 24 holiday-themed mini Squishmallows, perfect for collection or gifting
- Compact size allows for easy display and wrapping
- Official Squishmallows product with collectible appeal
Cons:- Limited to small plush size, which may not satisfy collectors wanting larger figures
Best for: Holiday collectors and families looking for a fun, festive countdown experience.
Not ideal for: Young children under 3 who might find the small plushes a choking hazard or those preferring larger plush toys for cuddling.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Age Range:Kid
- Item Weight:2.2 pounds
- UPC:191726902713
- Number of Items:24-Pack
- Included Components:24 Mini Plush
- Item Type:Plush
- Manufacturer:Jazwares, LLC
- Model Number:SQMM0225
Our verdict“This set is best suited for holiday collectors and gift-givers seeking a festive countdown, despite some durability concerns.”
Squishmallows 10-Inch Cam Cat Holiday Plush Toy
This 10-inch Cam Cat Squishmallow excels in offering a soft, cuddly experience that appeals to both children and plush lovers. Its squishy texture provides comfort, making it ideal for hugging during holidays or quiet time. Compared with the smaller mystery capsules, this plush offers a consistent character and a more substantial size for snuggling or display. However, its single-character design limits variety, and its softness may not withstand rough handling, especially for very active children. Its size and softness make it a solid choice for those seeking a plush toy that doubles as a comfort object.
Pros:- Super soft and cuddly for comfort and play
- Ideal size for hugging, travel, and display
- Great gift option for kids and plush enthusiasts
Cons:- Limited to a single character, reducing collector appeal
- Too soft for rough play, risking faster wear
Best for: Parents shopping for a cozy and recognizable plush for children who love hugging and cuddling.
Not ideal for: Young children under 24 months or buyers seeking a collection of different characters at once.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Model Number:SQXM00705
- Character:Cam Cat
- Size:10 inches
- Material:Soft plush
- Age Range:24 months and up
- UPC:196566384064
Our verdict“This plush makes a cozy, hugable gift for kids who love soft toys, though it lacks variety for collectors.”
Squishmallows Original 2024 Christmas 4-Inch Holiday Mystery Capsules (One Random Color)
This mystery capsule offers a fun, surprise element with its 4-inch size, making it an engaging gift for fans of all ages. Its squishy texture makes squeezing satisfying, and the official licensing guarantees quality. Compared to larger holiday plushes like the Amazon Exclusive Holiday Fox, this capsule provides a quick, playful gift that adds an element of anticipation, especially with the random color selection. However, the unpredictability of the color and limited quantity (one per purchase) may not appeal to collectors or those wanting a specific character. This choice is ideal for spontaneous gifting or adding a surprise to holiday stockings.
Pros:- Soft, squishy texture perfect for squeezing and cuddling
- Official Squishmallows licensed product ensures authenticity
- Surprise element adds excitement for recipients
Cons:- Random color may not match recipient preferences
- Limited to one capsule per purchase, reducing collection options
Best for: Gift-givers seeking a small, fun surprise or holiday stocking stuffer.
Not ideal for: Collectors wanting specific characters or larger plush toys for hugging or display.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Squishy
- Model Number:sqns72321123
- Size:4 inches
- Set Name:Holiday Mystery Capsules
- UPC:191726808473
- Manufacturer:kellytoy
Our verdict“This mystery capsule is a playful, easy gift for those who enjoy surprises, despite its limited size and randomness.”
Squishmallows Original Paw Patrol 10in Holiday Chase HugMees – Ultrasoft Plush
This 10-inch Chase HugMees plush combines official Paw Patrol licensing with ultrasoft material, making it a prime choice for fans of the heroic pup. Its large size and extended arms make it especially suitable for hugging, travel, or as a comforting companion during holiday movie marathons. Compared to the Cam Cat plush, this one offers a recognizable character, which can be more engaging for children familiar with the series. The plush’s softness and squeezability are key strengths, but its focus on a single character limits variety, and it requires gentle handling to maintain its plush quality over time.
Pros:- Ultra-soft, cuddly material for comfort
- Officially licensed by Paramount
- Perfect size for hugging and travel
- Lovable, squeezable design
Cons:- Limited to Chase character only
- Requires gentle handling to preserve softness
Best for: Paw Patrol fans and parents seeking a cuddly, character-themed plush for children who love hugging.
Not ideal for: Buyers wanting a plush with multiple characters or those seeking a more durable, rough-play toy.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Chase (Paw Patrol)
- Model Name:Style 2
- Size:10 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Age Range:3+
- UPC:191726905479
Our verdict“This plush makes a charming gift for Paw Patrol fans who love hugging, though its character limit may limit appeal for some buyers.”
Squishmallows Amazon Exclusive Holiday Fox 14″ Plush
This 14-inch Fox plush features James, a charming and detailed character, making it ideal for collectors and those who prefer a larger, more huggable plush. Its ultrasoft, high-quality material enhances the cuddly experience, and the inclusion of a character bio adds collectible value. Compared with the 10-inch Chase plush, this larger option offers more presence and comfort, but its price might be a deterrent for some buyers. The exclusive Amazon release also makes it a special addition for fans eager to complete their collection with unique characters. Still, those seeking a smaller or more affordable plush might find this size excessive.
Pros:- High-quality ultrasoft material for maximum cuddling
- Detailed character bio enhances collectible appeal
- Official Squishmallows product guarantees authenticity
- Large size offers comfort and visual impact
Cons:- Higher price point may be a barrier for some
- Limited to a specific character, reducing variety
Best for: Collectors and plush lovers who want a substantial, character-rich plush for display or hugging.
Not ideal for: Buyers seeking a small, budget-friendly gift or a plush primarily for travel or casual cuddling.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Type:Stuffed Toy
- Character:Fox
- Model Name:SQCR09328
- Size:14 inches
- Material:Ultrasoft
- Age Range:3+
- UPC:191726990130
Our verdict“This larger, detailed plush is perfect for collectors and those who want a substantial, cuddly companion, despite its premium price.”
Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath 4-Pack
This set of four 2.5-inch Micromallows is ideal for adding festive cheer in compact areas, such as holiday tables or small shelves. Compared with larger plush options like the Squishmallows 10-Inch Ignacio Snowman, these mini plushes are less cuddly but easier to display or gift as stocking stuffers. Their small size limits their appeal for kids seeking big, huggable toys, but they excel as decorative collectibles. The official Squishmallows branding guarantees quality, and the four characters—Gina the Gingerbread, Omri the Ornament, and others—offer variety. However, their tiny size might disappoint those wanting more substantial plush toys or a plush they can cuddle. This pick is perfect for holiday decor enthusiasts or collectors of miniature plush, but less so for young children who want larger, more tactile toys.
Pros:- Compact size makes them perfect for holiday displays and gifting
- Includes four distinct holiday characters for variety
- Official Squishmallows product with authentic branding
- Easy to store and display in small spaces
Cons:- Limited size means they lack cuddliness and won’t serve as main plush toys
- Not suitable for very young children who prefer larger plush toys
Best for: Families decorating with small, themed plush for holiday displays or collectors of tiny Squishmallows.
Not ideal for: Parents looking for large, plush toys for active play or children who prefer big, huggable plush companions.
- Brand:Squishmallows
- Toy Figure Type:Stuffed Toy
- Sub Brand:Micromallows
- Model Name:Style Number – SQMM0265
- Unit Count:4
- UPC:191726976417
- Age Range:3 years and up
- Included Components:Original Squishmallows Micromallows Holiday Wreath (1), 2.5-inch Micromallows Plush (4)
Our verdict“This set is best suited for holiday decor or small gift-giving but less ideal for children seeking plush toys to cuddle daily.”
Squishmallows Original Holiday 4-Pack – Official Jazwares Plush (Little) (Amazon Exclusive)
This Amazon-exclusive 4-pack offers a selection of plush characters—Maritza the Cactus, Stevon the Golden Retriever, Clayton the Blue Cow, and Tinsley the Peppermint Latte—crafted with ultra-soft material. Unlike the smaller Micromallows set, these plushes are more substantial for cuddling and display. Their detailed bio and distinct personalities make them appealing to collectors and gift recipients who enjoy character-driven plush toys. Compared to the Micromallows wreath set, these plushes are larger and more suitable for children who want a soft, huggable companion. However, their exclusivity to Amazon limits access, and the holiday theme may restrict year-round use. While they are plushier and more versatile, they are also smaller than some larger plush options like the Squishmallows 10-Inch Cam Cat.
Pros:- Ultrasoft, high-quality plush material for cuddling
- Includes four unique characters with individual bios
- Perfect for holiday gifting or display on shelves
- Exclusive Amazon release adds collectible appeal
Cons:- Limited to Amazon availability, reducing accessibility
- Smaller size may disappoint those seeking larger plush toys
- Holiday theme might limit use outside of the season
Best for: Gift buyers seeking high-quality, plush holiday characters with character backgrounds, suitable for cuddling or collection.
Not ideal for: Collectors wanting larger, display-ready plush or buyers seeking plush toys for active, everyday play.
- Includes:4 plush characters
- Material:Ultrasoft plush
- Theme:Holiday/Christmas
- Exclusive:Amazon exclusive
- Size:Small, approximately 8-10 inches each
- Bios:Each character has a unique name and description
Our verdict“This plush set offers a soft, character-rich gifting option for those who value quality and detail in holiday plush toys but isn’t best for large plush fans or active play.”

Factors to Consider When Choosing Squishmallows Holiday List
When selecting Squishmallows for the holiday season, it’s important to consider several factors that influence value, appeal, and usability. The right plush depends on your recipient’s age, collection goals, and budget. Understanding these considerations helps avoid common pitfalls, like choosing an inappropriate size or missing out on exclusive editions. Here are key factors to keep in mind before making your purchase.Size and Portability
Size impacts both price and display potential. Smaller Squishmallows, like 4 to 8 inches, are budget-friendly and easier to gift or hide as surprises. Larger plushes, such as 14 inches or more, serve as eye-catching decor pieces or collectibles but come with higher costs and storage considerations. Think about where the plush will be used or displayed to select the most practical size for your needs.
Theme and Character Selection
Holiday-themed characters add seasonal charm, but their appeal varies based on recipient preferences. Classic characters like the snowman or Yule Log evoke traditional holiday vibes, while newer or exclusive characters can offer a fresh twist. Consider whether you want a plush that complements an existing collection or one that stands out as a seasonal novelty.
Packaging and Sets
Sets, such as advent calendars or multi-packs, deliver more value and excitement during the season. However, they often contain less popular characters or duplicates, which could reduce their appeal for dedicated collectors. Single plushes or limited editions tend to be more exclusive but may come at a higher individual price. Balance your desire for variety against your budget and collection goals.
Price and Value
Price points can vary significantly, from budget-friendly singles to premium sets. Consider what you’re willing to spend and prioritize options offering the best combination of quality, exclusivity, and size. Buying in bundles or during sales can provide better value, but be cautious of overpaying for less desirable characters or sizes.
Availability and Exclusivity
Limited-edition releases or store exclusives tend to sell out quickly, especially during the holiday rush. If a specific character or set appeals to you, purchasing early or from reputable sources is advisable. Conversely, more widely available options provide flexibility but may lack the seasonal uniqueness that makes holiday gifting special.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Squishmallows suitable for young children during the holidays?
Yes, Squishmallows are generally safe for children, especially the plush versions designed for all ages. However, it’s important to check the age recommendations on specific products, as some smaller plushes or accessories may pose a choking hazard for very young kids. During the holidays, larger, plush characters make great cuddly gifts that can be enjoyed for years, providing comfort and a festive touch to any room.
How can I tell if a holiday Squishmallow is a limited edition?
Limited editions are often marked with special tags, packaging, or unique character designs not found in regular collections. They may also be promoted through official stores or websites as exclusive releases. Checking online forums or collector groups can help verify a product’s rarity, and early purchase from reputable sources increases the chance of securing these sought-after items.
Is it better to buy an advent calendar or individual plushes for the holidays?
Choosing between an advent calendar and individual plushes depends on your gifting style and recipient preferences. Advent calendars add an element of surprise and daily excitement, making them ideal for kids or avid collectors. Individual plushes are simpler and can be more meaningful as standalone gifts, especially if you select a character that resonates personally. Consider the recipient’s age and collection habits when deciding.
Do Squishmallows tend to increase in value over time?
Some Squishmallows, especially rare or limited-edition characters, have appreciated in value among collectors. However, most are designed as plush toys and do not guarantee investment returns. Buying for personal enjoyment or seasonal gifting is the typical use, but if you’re seeking a potential collectible, look for exclusives and keep them in pristine condition.
What is the best way to store holiday Squishmallows after the season?
To keep your Squishmallows in good shape, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade colors over time. Using breathable storage containers or pillowcases helps prevent dust buildup. If you want to preserve limited editions or special characters, consider keeping them in their original packaging or display cases to maintain their value and appearance.
Conclusion
For casual gift-giving or new collectors, the Squishmallows 10-Inch Ignacio Snowman offers a festive, display-worthy option at a reasonable price, making it ideal for beginners. Those seeking the best overall experience should consider the Squishmallows Original 24-Day Micromallows Holiday Advent Calendar for its interactive fun and seasonal charm. Collectors or fans looking for exclusivity might prefer limited editions like the Amazon Exclusive Holiday Fox 14″ Plush or special sets, which provide unique characters and seasonal appeal. Budget shoppers will find value in multi-packs and smaller plushes, while die-hard fans will appreciate premium, larger plush options for their holiday display. Tailoring your choice to your needs ensures holiday gifting or collection efforts hit the mark each season.
